Mission statement: Our purpose

Ultraviolet's Purpose:

Our team started in 2006 out of a garage with the goal of making robots. It grew to make so much more than robots. We aim to make student leaders and foster skills in the team and the community. No matter how many are people on the team, it is a safe space and a community of support for all our members.

Ultraviolet's Mission Statement:

Our mission is to provide opportunities for 9-12 graders at Southwest Senior High School in Minneapolis to be part of a robotics team. The team aims to better the Southwest community with our outreach programs and community volunteering initiatives. Being part of a team helps students build important skills in CAD, tools, programming, and fabrication that prepare them for life in a STEM field.
